What counts as one document?
One document sent for signing, however many people sign it. Three people signing the same agreement is one document. The count resets at the start of every month.
What happens when I hit my monthly limit?
You can't send anything new until next month or until you move up a plan. Anything already out for signing carries on, and nothing you've signed is affected.

How do SMS codes work?
Every plan includes free SMS codes each month, from 10 on Starter to 100 on Professional. More cost R20 for 20. If a text can't go through, the code is emailed instead.
